To ensure the continued safety of our staff and customers, we have established safety protocols and respectfully request your cooperation to adhere to these protocols.
If you have had contact or exposure to someone with COVID-19 or if you have a cough, fever, or shortness of breath, we ask that you remain home and come back after a minimum of two weeks.
All customers are required to wear a face mask.
If you do not have a face mask, we have masks available for purchase.
No additional guests, (including children/babies),
are allowed during service unless they too are receiving a service.
At this time, we are accepting full parties of up to 10 people.
All guests will be spaced out to adhere to social distancing.

What does a steam session include?
Our traditional steam includes a custom blend
selection, suited to your personal needs.
Based upon the information provided in
your intake form on the day of your visit,
Our technicians will choose an appropriate
all natural herbal blend for your session.

A $25 security deposit* is required for each person to hold an appointment time.
This deposit is applied towards your balance; the remainder is due at checkout.
*All deposits are non-refundable.
Clients arriving 15 minutes past their set appointment time will incur a $10 late fee for each person.
Please notify us if you will be late. We discontinue each steam setup after 15 minutes and will consider your appointment a no-call, no-show. Due to the closeness of our appointments, we cannot guarantee a booking can be upheld after 20 minutes, including clients who call to notify us of their lateness.
Deposits are transferable if rescheduling requests are made at least 1 hour prior to the appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit(s).
Please note, we allow 2 rescheduled appointments before requiring a new deposit.

We can accommodate groups of 10 at the same time... Perfect for friends, or a party!
If you would like to steam with a friend, or as a group, when booking, select the steam session
for the appropriate number of guests. In the comment section, please provide us with the names, emails
and phone numbers of your additional guests. This will ensure each member is notified of the appointment.
