WHAT IS A STEAM?

CAN I STEAM WITH AN IUD?
Yes; We simply start clients with IUD's on a lower temperature setting to ensure comfort.
CAN I STEAM WITH A FRIEND OR A GROUP OF FRIENDS?
Yes! We can accommodate  parties of 10 at a time in the same room.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT OFFERED FOR GROUPS?
At this time we do not offer group discounts.
WE ARE COMING AS A GROUP/PARTY, WHERE CAN WE EAT NEARBY?
We recommend North Hills shopping center, located 1 mile from our spa.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME, OR WEAR ANYTHING IN PARTICULAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
No. We provide everything you will need onsite. 
DO I NEED TO SHAVE OR WAX PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Shaving or waxing IS NOT required prior to your appointment; however, if you would like to do so, we recommend shaving or waxing a day before your appointment to ensure comfort. We do not recommend waxing immediately after a steam.
CAN I STEAM AT HOME?

HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes; We require a deposit (for each guest) to hold all appointment times, including group appointments.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
Currently, we accept Cash, Credit/Debit, Insurance Benefit Cards* Square and/or PayPal payments for all products and services.

*All deposits are non-refundable. Clients arriving 15 minutes past their set appointment time, without prior notification,

will incur a $10 late fee. A $25 no-show fee will be applied to clients who do not contact us prior to their appointment.

We cannot guarantee your insurance benefit card will cover our service offerings.

We advise clients to call ahead for processing or confirm with your carrier.
